This teacher needs lessons

I hope the Education Ministry can tell me why is a self-taught teacher lecturing at that institution without a degree.

Is it that Tobago students are "so low class" that we can’t be taught by qualified persons? Why must we be always at the sticky end of the stick? Mr Orville London, please look into it. We can do better Mr London, if we stop walking behind and stay abreast of Trinidad.
