A mother at 13 years old

THE EDITOR: Kindly publish this short article for the notice of the authorities. A baby is born to a 13-year-old primary school student of County St David. The child has not been able to take up her place in Secondary School because of the crime committed against her. Was it not the duty of the hospital to inform the police? In this case the police were informed when the child became pregnant but so far no one has been charged. So crimes continue. To allow this kind of crime against children to continue can never be right.
