How long again Bas?

THE EDITOR: Many supporters of Opposition Leader Basdeo Panday advise that Mr Panday will, with time, graciously bow out. However, my God, how much further time does he need? Can’t he not see that the PNM is getting their house in order, and likewise, we need to get ours?
