Once upon a time

THE EDITOR: Once upon a time, there was a sly fox, who lived in a gingerbread house at the edge of the forest, next to a tall beanstalk. He was the eldest of three brothers. The youngest was mean, more sly and nobody trusted him.

The middle fox had a good heart, clean mind and everybody believed in him. Filled with jealousy, the eldest and youngest together with their friend Jack, who owned the beanstalk and plenty golden eggs, contrived a plot and pushed the middle brother out of the house.

The two sly brothers then lived happily ever after, trusting each other, and never ever again contrived any plot for each other. Subsequently Jack travelled to far off places in search of more golden eggs.
