Panday rally failed

Dookeran has moved away from rum and roti politics to one of sustainability for all. He is the only one who has ever charted a definite course for sustainable growth for this country and its inhabitants.

The fanatical Pandayites could not see further than the drinks in their hands at the rally and could not understand Dookeran’s call for a change from the old politics to new politics so they booed. Panday grinned as his fanatics booed but Dookeran displayed the character of a man with First World principles and status. Panday called that rally only to win a consensus to take back Ramesh Maharaj and it was definitely not about the abuse of power by the PNM.

Nothing new was said that was not reported in the media to date. No definite plan of action was reported that they would take for the PNMs abuse of power. It was an orchestrated plan to undermine Dookeran.

Panday has seen the way the undecided voters have admired Dookeran’s call for-clean hands and knows that as long as that happens he (Dookeran) will be the first person to enter the Prime Minister’s residence to be constructed soon. Panday cannot take that. Manning cannot take that. So the wheeling and dealing has started. The country needs Dookeran now more than ever. The country needs stability, integrity and clean hands that we can find in Dookeran and his team. The rally failed.
