Panday’s case now May 11

John and Galbaransingh were charged with corruptly giving the money to the Pandays.

They all appeared before Magistrate Betsy-Ann Peterson in the Port-of-Spain First Magistrates’ Court.

The regular magistrate Ejenny Espinet was absent as she was sitting in the Couva District Court. It was agreed that the case be put to May 11.
