American’s autopsy on hold

Lange’s body was reportedly found in a room at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Wrightson Road in Port-of-Spain on Good Friday, by the hotel’s security personnel who became suspicious when a foul stench emanated from the room.

Lange, of Texas, checked into Room 1108 at the hotel two Tuesdays ago and was supposed to check out three days later. Several bottles of medication and syringes were found in the room near his body.

Investigators who have not yet ruled out foul play say the autopsy finding should shed some light on the cause of Lange’s death.
