Monologue finals

The finalists including an eight-year-old and a ten-year-old, will act out on social topics such as domestic violence, HIV and AIDS. Other topics include delinquency, issues of the physically challenged and crime. The finalists have six-minutes to present their act. The competition begins at 3 pm and invitations can be collected at Studio 66 Art Support Community at 66 Sixth Street, Barataria.

The finalists are Sunshyne De Silva, Shyann Mejias, Clevas Charles, Alicia Psyche, Ahmad Abdullah Muhammad, Janelle Francios, Mary Tuitt, Melvin Stanislaus, Marva Quamie, Roxanne Reid and Megan Walrond.
