Citigroup rolls out board of directors

Other current members who have remained on board are Ian Dasent, chairman, Dr Krishna Bahadoorsingh director, Dennis Evans, managing director, and Raymond Gatcliffe, director.

Charles Brash, who completed his term as a director on March 15, did not offer himself for re-election.

At the annual general meeting for Citicorp Merchant Bank Limited, which was held on the same day, Anthony Buxo was also re-elected as a director for a further term of three years, and will continue to serve the bank along with its other current directors who have remained on board.

They are Ian Dasent, chairman, Winston Thompson director, E Gervase Warner, director, Dennis Evans, director, and Karen Darbasie, managing director.
