A question for the judiciary

If this is not so, then there must be some record somewhere in the Court which the Chief Magistrate and or Chief Justice could check to ascertain what time the Court starts and ends.

Are we heading for another backlog of astronomical proportions? Are any checks made to see how many matters are filed as well as how many are determined per week.

Could the parliamentary representative for Arima assist impoverished Arimians in resolving this issue.
