Gatcliffe heads Amcham

Gatcliffe, vice-president and corporate banking head at Citigroup, replaces Nicholas Galt who has served two successive terms as Amcham president from 2003 to 2006. He served as Amcham vice-president during Galt’s tenure as president.

Phoenix Park Gas Processors Ltd president Eugene Tiah, managing partner of M Hamel Smith and Company Philip Hamel Smith, and Lily Young (partner at Ernst and Young) were elected as Amcham’s vice-president, secretary and treasurer respectively on Wednesday.

Other persons elected to Amcham’s board of directors on Wednesday were Lindell Looger, Curt Cadet, Alan E Cunningham, Adrian Clark, Patricia Ghany, John Gransaull, Mark Hansen and Hugh Howard.

Amcham’s ex-officio positions are held by Galt, US Ambassador to TT Dr Roy Austin, Lisa Chamely-Aqui and Deputy Chief of Mission at the US Embassy, Eugene Sweeney.
