It’s a dog’s world

Owners, trainers and handlers, young and old, made their way around the savannah with their “best friend” in the annual event, which was hosted this year by the German Shepherd Breed Club of Trinidad and Tobago. Participants entered as individuals or teams and were required to complete as many laps as possible around the savannah between 8 and 10 am.

Algico captured the team event while Curtis William and his dog “Saddam” took home the individual prize.
