Hair, beauty and barber trade show

A Lifetime beauty award will be presented to Dr Jean Ramjohn Richards by Monica Headley, producer and director of the event.

Richards will open the exhibition at 11.30 am and also inspect the participating exhibitors’ booths.

A students’ competition involving private schools, Ytepp and CCC will be held in the evening. Cash prizes, scholarships in Advance Classes, challenge trophies and product hampers will be awarded to the finalists and participants.

Sunday and Monday will feature demos at the exhibitors’ booths, and an “Introduction of New Talent to the Industry.”

The National Barbers Association will also be highlighting its varied talents at the trade show. Among the booth displays will be face and body spa, cosmetics, non-surgical facelifts, and professional salon equipment.

The trade show celebrates its 24th anniversary this year.
