Surely ALCOA cannot move into TT without the express approval of your Prime Minister and his Government.

Don’t blame the foreign billionaires, blame your Prime Minister (he’s not mine, he came by Divine intervention — heaven help us).

Note it is your Prime Minister that has the perception that ignorant black or white or purple people are not allowed to have a say in the running of their country.
