All crime is crime

The laws must be enforced in all instances of wrong doing. For example, PH drivers are allowed to flout the laws of the land with impunity. The disastrous effect is that strong healthy young persons are allowed to waste their lives doing a monkey-like repetitive job of meaningless driving. There is no doubt that the illegal PH transport system is adding to the mayhem in the society. There is precious little parking and road space in Scarborough thanks to PH drivers.

Courtesy and road etiquette have disappeared. Tobago is bereft of people to employ all because of illegal PH driving. When will the big and small laws of the land be truly implemented? Can Trinidad and Tobago citizens sue the government for not implementing the laws?

Small crime and big crime are all crime.
