Full figure pageant in Tobago

According to the coordinator of the pageant, Roselinda Henry Douglas, the Full Figure Beauty Pageant is a Tobagonian beauty pageant.

“The winner goes onto the CARIVOG International ‘Big and Beautiful Pageant’ and then onto the international pageant called ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ in St Thomas, US Virgin Islands,” said Douglas.

Nine Tobagonian women will be participating in the Full Figure Beauty Pageant starting at 7 pm.

The contestants are Rosemarie Smart (Miss Pembroke), Afeisha Eastman (Miss Parlatuvier), Denise Lashley (Miss Moriah), Koreann John (Miss Mount St George), Nicole Pantin (Miss Argyle), Eyesus Nichols (Miss Cinnamon Hill), Nicolet Lovelace (Miss Scarborough), Aisha Richards (Miss Bethel) and Avalon Felix (Miss Black Rock).

The Full Figure Beauty Pageant Queen for 2005 is Giselle Donaldson Yeates.

Guest artistes include H20 Phlo, Exotic Vibrations, Jerry Balfour, Youth Quake and others.

The organiser thanks the Tobago Cold Storage and Warehouse Facilities and the Community Development Department of the Tobago House of Assembly for supporting the Full Figure Beauty Pageant.
