Women should have licence to give birth

I can do no more, meanwhile, than plead with every potential child-bearer to use any of many available means to prevent bringing even one child into the world if for whatever reason, she is not in a position to mind the child.

There is abstinence, the rhythm method, celibacy, the pill, the condom, abortion, intra-uterine devices and perhaps other methods of which I am unaware.

Just do whatever it takes, anything at all whatsoever — just do not bring any child here to suffer however mildly, however severely, please I beg. If you love love love children, please hear my plea.
