Cynthia calls for TSTT line

Ramsaroop told The People’s Hotline that after careful thought she decided to apply for a telephone to use in the event of an emergency especially since she is a senior citizen.

She said she lives in a remote area, and has to call taxi services to carry her to places like the grocery and the doctor.

She went to TSTT over a month ago and paid the fees to have the service installed at her home, however, no technician has been sent to her house.

A TSTT official has promised to investigate the complaint.
