One shot, two robbed
A 21-year-old Enterprise man was shot following an argument with two men at his home early yesterday. Reports revealed that around 4 am, Emo Aberdeen was at home when he had an argument with two men he knew. The argument was over the non-payment of money.
Aberdeen was shot in the abdomen and left hand. He was rushed to the Chaguanas Health Centre and transferred to the Port-of-Spain General Hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery and is now warded in serious condition. Meanwhile, at about 6.15 pm on Thursday, Mark Straker was conducting sales in Tabaquite when he was approached by three men who held him at gunpoint and robbed him of $2,445. And at Beetham Estate, around 10 pm on Thursday, Jerry Ramdass was on his way home at First Street, when he was confronted by a man riding a bicycle. The man placed a gun to his head and robbed him of $10,000 in cash.
