Joan Of Arc looking good

SHOCK winner Joan Of Arc showed off her well-being for tomorrow’s racing with a good gallop over 600 metres at Santa Rosa Park, Arima, yesterday.

The full sister to Iron Horse, Chanticleer who gave owner-breeder David Ojar his first success as a trainer on Friday last, Labour Day, stepped over the trip in a good 39.1 seconds. But the best run over the distance came from Skylite who is not engaged tomorrow. This youngster completed the trip in 37.4 seconds. Justice showed some fire in a 400 metres run on the Santa Rosa track made good/fast by overnight rains, returning in 23.8 seconds. And Cotonou also had a good run over the same trip in 24.3 seconds. Shezabute breezed over 400 metres in 25.2 seconds, the same time as Seductive, and must be kept on the right side tomorrow. Nando had a good pipe opener over 1000 metres in 1:13.9 seconds in what was a very handy spin.
