$23,000 in Croisee Supermarket football

OVER $23,000 will be at stake in this year’s third edition of  the Croisee Supermarket Minor Football League.

This figure represents an increase of $7,000 from last season. Action will kick off  at the St Mary’s Recr-eational Ground, Freeport on Sunday from 2 pm. Unit Trust Corporation Human Resource Manager Amber Rondon will speak at the opening ceremony, atestnd Satish Ramroop is scheduled to deliver  the feature address. Following  the formal opening, defending champions Croisee Connection will meet runners-up Strugglers in what could be regarded as a grudge match.
