Strugglers breeze in Croisee football

The Strugglers didn’t live up to their name as they easily beat Youth Achievers 5-2 as action continued in the Croisee Football League. Strugglers also got the better of Simple Touch with a 1-0 victory. In the other match played the California Westars played to a one-all draw with Simple Touch. In the Croisee Supermarket Under-16 League St Mary’s United are virtual winners topping the standings with nine points. St. Mary’s have only one defeat in four games with an overwhelming 16 goals for and only five goals against. Second place Ajax FC and Cap Off Youths, who are third, each have a match each in hand. They will need to score an improbable 16 goals each to displace St Mary’s United at the top of the standings.
