Customer service? Ha! Ha!

THE EDITOR: I am a student at TTHTI (Trinidad Campus), and I am writing you to inform you about the poor customer service I received while shopping at various stores. I have decided not to purchase material until I can find a store willing to serve me. Last two months, I went shopping for a new outfit at a men’s store and was totally ignored.

There were three sales clerks and I. Service? Ha! Ha! I tried on the outfit, came out, and they still acted as if I was not there. I am not going to spend hundreds of dollars without some service. Needless to say, they lost my sale and any hope of future sales. Ask yourself, what does the customer expect and why?
a) Customers expect to be treated like guests.
b) Customers expect attention.
c) Customers expect to be part of your service
d) Customers expect the system to work for them, not against them.
e) Customers do not expect to be embarrassed
f) Customers do not expect to be treated with indifference, bias or prejudice.
As I leave you with one last saying, a wise teacher told me to treat your customers as you will treat your grandmother.
