TTFF host commissioners workshop

THE Trinidad and Tobago Football Federation is seeking new match commissioners. And as a result, they federation will host a workshop for commissioners tomorrow at Woodford Lodge Recreation grounds, Chaguanas, starting 8 am. FIFA referees instructor Osmond Downer, Caribbean Football Union secretary Harold Taylor and FIFA match commissioner Neville Ferguson are among the facilitators. The programme will deal with the functions of a match commissioner, completing a report form and assessing match officials, which will be done by Downer. Also on the panel are FIFA match commissioners Francis Cezair and Neil Mollineau.
