Guyana Under-23s confirm friendlies with TT

GEORGETOWN: Guyana’s Under-23 footballers, preparing for the second round of CONCACAF Olympic qualifiers, have secured two friendly matches against Trinidad and Tobago next weekend. The Guyana Football Federation (GFF) this week confirmed home Olympic warm-up matches  against TT on October 31 and November 2. The GFF also announced the possibility of another match against Brazilian team before they travel to Costa Rica for the first leg of their second round Olympic qualifier in mid-November. GFF Organising Secretary Aubrey Major described the friendlies against TT as perfectly timed assignments for the local squad.
