Northern rugger men rout Bajans

TRINIDAD Northern travelled to Bridgetown and swamped Barbados 24-7 in their Caribbean Super Rugby League game. But it was a second-half blitz which powered Northern to victory after the half-time score stood at 7-7. After the interval, Dexter Snaggs slipped through the Bajans defence and passed to Rhett Chee Ping for him to score. And a late opportunist try by the hard-working Adam Frederick sent Northern on their way to their big victory. Northern will battle arch-rivals Carib next in the home-and-away series which is in its infant stages.
