Charities benefit from over $130,000 from RBTT
A wide range of local institutions benefitted from financial contributions made by RBTT since January 2003. Known for its commitment to community involvement and enhancement, RBTT, through Deeds of Covenant, donated more than $130,000 to youth organisations, schools and charitable establishments.
The Scout Association of Trinidad and Tobago, Servol, Foundation for the Enhance-ment and Enrichment of Life, Society of St Vincent de Paul, Trinidad and Tobago Cancer Society, The Girl Guides Association of Trinidad, St Mary’s Children’s Home, Trinidad and Tobago Red Cross Society and Trinidad and Tobago Coalition Against Domestic Violence were among the receiving organisations. Equally notable contributions have been earmarked for similar charities for the Bank’s coming fiscal year. These contributions are in keeping with RBTT’s well-established tradition of supporting the people and communities it serves, with branches throughout the country playing an integral role in the Bank’s community outreach efforts. Two of the most recent donation presentations were made at the Independence Square and Maraval branches by the respective Branch managers.
