An open letter to all businessmen

THE EDITOR: Please allow me a space in your newspaper to express my views on the whole Cro Cro and his song issue. To all my many business colleagues out there who are equally upset about Cro Cro’s lyrics, I have a simple solution for you. Simply pull your advertising dollars from any radio station that continues to play his song or your sponsorship from any fete that features him as a performer. Once the pinch is felt in their pockets they will have no choice but to remove him from their playlists. We as businessmen take things too lightly in this country and hope that they will blow over or we choose not to get involved. I think it’s about time we let our voices be heard and not only by strongly worded letters from the business associations, but hit them where it hurts, in their pockets.
