Bogus statement

THE EDITOR: The Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago said in Washington that kidnapping was bogus. Since his statement there has been over eight kidnappings, some of these victims murdered. The only item bogus is Patrick Manning. UN, Mr Annan kindly help Trinidad.
