UWI in need of a facelift

THE EDITOR: UWI needs to be landscaped and made attractive. These vendors are from outside the Curepe area and they have not been there for 30 years or more. They can be relocated elsewhere and made to pay a low rental and continue to earn a living. The area has poor sanitation and it needs a facelift as one of the main campuses of the region. It needs to be beautified like its counterparts in Barbados and Jamaica. No one likes change, however,  this area is never used by anyone other than the vendors. Recreation for the youths never takes place there. It is time for change and change must come.
