Tame these loud music ‘animals’

THE EDITOR: Please tell me who in authority is willing and has the ability to tame these wild animals who are let loose in our land. I am referring to those selfish, insensitive characters who drive up and down our roads trying to see how many people they can deafen in one day and compound it when they park up by their houses. Also “nice neighbours” who feel it is their duty to entertain the village. They do not care about the ill or elderly; they are just wicked.

I am sure they have a right to play their music 24/7 in their homes, but certainly they do not have the right to drive people berserk with their ear-splitting house-shaking noise. I cannot understand why we always wait for a crisis before doing something. I have heard several complaints about these nuisances. What is being done? Please enlighten me? I hope some plan is devised soon to deal with this as I am visualising myself in handcuffs because I definitely cannot take this garbage much longer.
