‘Talk Fuh So’ service is not customer friendly

The Editor: TSTT Customers with relatives abroad will not enjoy longer talk time following the launch of a new TSTT pre-paid calling card “Talk Fuh So” because the cards will only be available in $20 denomination Vat Exclusive ( while the Caribbean and the rest of the World has a variation of cardsdenominations Vat Inclusive).

This service costs $1.09 a minute to make calls only from public pay phones (what about Residential Fixed Lines and Mobile Telephones) to Fixed Lines while Mobile Phone Services cost $3.48 per minute to prime overseas destinations like USA, UK, Western Europe, Venezuela, Japan and China, etc. Mr CEO, on the wake of a Liberalised Telecommunication Market, TSTT’s policy remains the same “Putting Pocket Before People.”
