Bury experiment

THE EDITOR: Haiti? It is time that the “Independence” experiment over the last 200 years be buried and the country go back to colonialism. The country has deteriorated to the point where socially, economically, environmentally it has become a basket case. It is blatantly obvious that they are not capable of managing their affairs and it is time to admit it. The only thing they are successful with is voodoo and anarchy.
