Congratulations to Commissioner

THE EDITOR: While this writer loudly applauds Commissioner Snaggs and his men and women of the police service for their efforts ensuring that Carnival 2004 was relatively incident free, I trust that the Commissioner and his charges will exert the same effort all year round “nothing less.”

Every day must be treated as “Carnival Day.” Go relentlessly after the criminal element, leaving no stone unturned. Once again congrats Mr Commissioner. You are a true leader as you execute your duties from “The Front.” May God bless and keep you and your staff safe during your course of duty.
