32 coaches for CONCACAF FA course
THERE will be 32 coaches from 18 CONCACAF countries attending a FA International Coaching Licence course here. The ten-day course will be held at the Dr Joao Havelange Centre of Excellence, Macoya Road, Tunapuna, beginning March 18 to March 26. Senior FA Instructors Roger Soper and Steve Rutter will conduct the course which will address important topics in modern football including Modern Tactics and Strategies, and the short, medium, and long term Preparation of Football Teams.
Successful participants will receive the FA Coaching Licence which is a pre-requisite for the Advanced FA Coaching Award, equivalent of the UEFA “A” Licence. Coaches from Canada, USA, Nicaragua, Guadeloupe, Costa Rica, Panama, Belize, Jamaica, Antigua and Barbuda, Grenada, Guyana, St Lucia, St Kitts-Nevis, Suriname, US Virgin Islands, Turks and Caicos, St Vincent, British Virgin Islands are expected to join their peers from Trinidad and Tobago for the course.
