No tribute at Champs in Concert
THE EDITOR: Please permit me a space in your paper to express my disgust with the tribute for my father, the late Arnim Smith, at the Champs in Concert. Pan Trinbago called my sister and myself and invited us to the concert and we accepted the invitation, thinking that something positive would have been said about my father, because he was the one who first brought out Champs in Concert. Thanks to Black Stalin and his tune, my father was remembered, and due to me knowing a pan man, the patrons got to know that my sister and I were present at the concert. They did not even show the concert on television. Keep on singing Black Stalin.
