Fast food delay in Chaguanas

THE EDITOR: I am writing to express my utter disgust at the level of service melted out to me by the employees of a fast food place in Chaguanas. When I arrived, the food was already prepared. I felt that all that was required was for these quick and efficient employees to put the food into a take away box and I would be on my way. No such luck! While I waited, employees were seen talking, laughing and generally having a good time, while customers waited in line to be served.


It took all of 30 minutes to collect food which was prepared in advance. This I thought was quite inconsiderate of your customers’ time. Something must be done to rectify this situation because there are many people who will not be as patient as I was. The management should make an effort to provide training in customer service for these employees. Remember, these people are your direct link with the public and you should be concerned about the image being projected.
