TSTT giving me the run around
THE EDITOR: I am an existing customer of TSTT and I applied for new service in the Kelly Village area. However, I was contacted by TSTT’s technicians indicating that there are no lines presently available for service in this area, and they are unable to say how long it will take for them to provide this service.
I will like to appeal to TSTT to please be efficient for once and rectify this problem, so that their customers can actually look forward to prompt and efficient service from them. It will definitely be appreciated if TSTT can treat this problem as important, and if they can’t I will like to ask the Government to bring a company that can provide us with good service, because the only prompt service we get from TSTT are their bills.
