The Army-Coast Guard combination blanked Arima/Morvant Fire 3-0 at the Hasely Crawford Stadium, Mucurapo in their previous encounter while the Tobagonians are yet to play this season.

Meanwhile, two matches were contested in the Under-20 Division on Thursday with defending champs W Connection easing to a 2-0 win over Starworld Strikers at the Ato Boldon Stadium, Couva while Arima/Morvant Fire rallied to a come-from-behind 4-1 triumph over North East Stars at the Larry Gomes Stadium, Malabar, Arima. Top national youth team striker Gorean Highley scored both goals for Connection in the 11th and 28th minutes.
