Thrilling ties in Port-of-Spain netball

THE thrills continued in the Barbara Burnette “B2” Division of the Port-of-Spain Netball League, with two matches ending in ties. First Harlem and Horizon drew 10-10, and later Gems and CS Jets played to another 10-10 scoreline, at the Lystra Lewis Courts, Princes Building on Monday. Both Shermise John and Tillisa Allan scored five goals each for Harlem, while Leanne Pierre got eight goals and Tadea Thomas had two for Horizon. In the other tied fixture, Jenelle Richardson scored six goals and Nalah Coltes four for Gems, while both Rachael Dillon and Freole Welch got five apiece for Jets.
