Prisoner with no record

THE EDITOR: Please permit me space in your newspaper to express my dissatisfaction in the manner in which my brother is treated. My brother was charged for a matter in the year 1990. The prison claims that it has no records of him but yet he is being left in prison. The registrar is saying that they too have no idea of any matter in relation to my brother.

So I am asking those in authority or who are in a position to assist me please. My brother’s name is Curtis Harry and our family would like to have him home so that he can take care of his children. It is too long and no one seems to be aware that my brother is just suffering in prison.
