Death sentence for nothing

THE EDITOR: It appears that the people of Aspire are part of our crime problem. Mr David DK Soomarie, writing to your editor is petitioning the Health Minister to make abortion legal. Now if the Government makes abortion, which is the killing of an innocent victim legal, then they will also have to legalise murder. You see the difference is one cannot yet defend itself.

It cannot run away or even beg for mercy, but has to stay still and receive the death sentence for doing nothing wrong except not being wanted. We cannot discriminate on who is to be murdered, be it physically handicapped or mentally challenged. We did not create life, as we are forbidden by the One who created life to take it. If we sew murder, we will reap murder. There is none so blind as those who choose not to see.
