Leaders N/East Stars face Fire

THE SENIOR Division of the T&T Pro League will resume today with a full slate of matches across the country. The locally-based national players, who returned from the team’s two-week long tour of Britain on Monday, are expected to play for their respective clubs today.

Leaders North East Stars will welcome fifth-placed Arima/Morvant Fire at the Sangre Grande Recreation Grounds from 4 pm; while runners-up W Connection and third-placed Starworld Strikers will face off at the Manny Ramjohn Stadium, Marabella at 5 pm. Two other matches are carded to begin at 5 pm, with defending champs CL Financial San Juan Jabloteh travelling deep south to the Palo Seco Recreation Grounds to meet South West Drillers. Defence Force battle cellar-placed Tobago United at the Hasely Crawford Stadium, Mucurapo.
