PowerGen, Comets Sunday League champs

ALESCON Comets and Powergen shared the Carib Sunday League title when rain washed out the resheduled final at Gilbert Park, California. After three inspections of playing conditions by the umpires on Saturday, and a later discussion with the match adjudicator Desmond Baxter, it was decided no play was possible. So Comets and Powergen would share the $44,000 prize money ($30,000 for the winners and $14,000 to the runners-up) equally, each team receiving $22,000 at the TTCB prize distribution ceremony in July.
