THE EDITOR: I write this in the hope that our Prime Minister, his Minister of Sorts, and Lenny Saveth will find the time to have this read to them, as I am sure that the three above-mentioned will be too busy over the next couple of weeks coming up with a hopefully acceptable tale of their respective versions of the World Cup 2007 fiasco which the cricketing public of this nation could believe.

May I suggest that they ponder on the following. Some people never told a lie, others never told the truth and there are those who never knew that there was a difference between the two.
