John, Andrews in TT team

STRIKER Stern John and defender Marvin Andrews are among eight foreign-based professionals included in the 18-member Trinidad and Tobago football team to face St Vincent at The Arnos Vale Playing Field, Kingstown, St Vincent at 4 pm on Wednesday. The game will be TT’s first in Group C of the CONCACAF Semifinal Round Qualification for the 2006 World Cup in Germany. The overseas pros are John, Andrews, Brent Sancho, Kenwyne Jones, and Dennis Lawrence, Arnold Dwarika, Brent Rahim, and Errol McFarlane Jr.

The technical staff, including coach Bertille St Clair, and the 10 remaining locally-based players leave for St Vincent today.
