Grenada hit by looters after Ivan

GRENADA, already reeling from the effects of Hurricane Ivan, faces looters every day. Looters are taking anything which they can put their hands on. The security forces have been having a tough time chasing after the looters on the Isle of Spice. Newsday’s Chief Photographer Rattan Jadoo was in Grenada and captured some of the highlights.
