40-minute wait at TTEC Marabella

THE EDITOR: I went to the TTEC Marabella office to query a bill. I was next in line to see the clerk. The clerk took more than 40 minutes with one customer. He could not care less about the other customers. I asked if there was no one else who could attend to me, since I was late for work. He said no. There were four cubicles and three were empty, no clerks, and many customers to attend to. After 40 minutes and very late for work, I became so disgusted and fed up, I left without being attended to. Isn’t this most ridiculous and a waste of valuable time?
