Do not allow CCTT to continue its poor service

THE EDITOR: Every single day we are being robbed blindly by CCTT. We are being charged for service rendered when in fact we are not getting what we pay for. On any given day we do not get all the channels that we pay for and are advertised. I ask my fellow countrymen are you getting value for your money? The answer is a resounding no. For too long the consumers in this country are taken for granted and CCTT is a prime example of big business getting rich for services not provided.

Many channels for most parts of the day only show advertisements. Every day as a rule we have some sort of breakdown in channels and we get no explanations, as a matter of fact when you do get through to the operators at CCTT they themselves are clueless as to what is going on. ESPN or channel 30 has been off the air since 7 am today September 27  and as of this writing september 29 at 7 pm it is still off the air. Repeated attempts were made to CCTT about this and all I got was the run-around from various operators who do not seem well-informed and their answers are a toxic mix — arrogance mixed with stupidity!

As to the time of my writing I have left repeated messages on a supervisor’s answering machine. I am hoping many people heed my advice and not allow CCTT to continue to give us this poor service. I am imploring the print media to do an investigative report on CCTT and its rights to carry certain channels.
