What about infrastructure

The Editor: Mr Manning has openly boasted about his party’s structure. I wish he would tell us when he and his eternally grinning Minister of Works plan to do something about the crying shame that is the TT infrastructure. While Khan grins, millions of man hours go down the drain in traffic. Where is the overpass at Grand Bazaar? Franklin Khan will be recorded in history as the Minister of Works who never built a damn thing.
